Tibetan Singing Bowls stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves inducing meditative and peaceful states. These ancient therapies address the whole person, not just specific symptoms. The soothing sounds help quiet the mind, reduce anxiety, and promote emotional stability. Physically, the vibrations can alleviate pain, improve circulation, and boost the immune system. I use chakra balancing wisdom, handed down through generations of Shamans and Sound Healers. These ancient techniques were taught to me by Shaman Bhanu of Rishikesh, India.
