Come join us on a journey of somatic bliss with our Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath, an immersive experience designed to set you on the path to relaxation and rejuvenation.
During this therapeutic journey, ancient wisdom meets modern well-being. Each handcrafted singing bowl emits a unique vibration, frequency and tone, helping the body achieve balance and health.
The premise is that sound can have a profound effect on our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state of being.
What to expect:
This somatic experience led by sound bath facilitator Vivek, will be centered around the body's energy points. Each participant will receive individual attention as the resonating tones of the bowls are played over the energy centers. Be prepared to experience a gentle transformation, feeling a harmonious balance and alignment enveloping you.
No prior experience is necessary.
This event is open to all levels; whether you’re a seasoned mindfulness enthusiast, someone exploring a novel path to relaxation, or simply seeking stress relief.
- Yoga mats, pillows, bolsters and blankets will be provided for comfortable floor seating.
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early and have your mobile devices on silent.
- This deeply engaging healing experience lasts approximately 45 minutes.
- The entrance is located to the right of Early Girl Eatery on Wall Street (upstairs).
