11:30 – 12:30 Orientation and foundational instruction (in the classroom)
12:30 – 2:00 1st underwater video and group instruction in the pool. (outdoor pool)
2:00-3:30 Classroom workshop and review of video #1.
3:30-5:30 Group instruction in the pool (outdoor pool)
Sunday
8:00 – 9:30 Group instruction in the pool
9:30 – 11:30 Video review and Q&A off-site- brunch provided!
11:30 - 1:00 Group instruction in the pool and 4th underwater video
1:00 - 1:30 Classroom wrap-up and review of video #4
