Who: Yoga & Meditation taught in English by Billy Potočnik, but ALL are welcome! Billy has 20 years of teaching yoga, meditation, breathwork, and leading yoga retreats around the world with his wife.

What: BillyYoga (Vinyasa-inspired) and Meditation with Billy Potočnik.
Where: La Colline du Château (Castle Hill) Nice, France ...
From Garibaldi Tram lines 1 or 2: head up to Castle Hill from the port side or through Old Town.
From Promenade des anglais: Head up the stairs
Meeting Place: In the park. Far corner about 30 meters beyond the Comptoir des Anges Cafe/Snackbar (NOTE: Last I checked, Google Maps gives wrong location for this cafe somewhere in Mont Boron, so don't use that for your navigation) away from the playground and the Port.
When: Thursday 18h30 - 19h45 (Please, do your best to arrive a little early, but SHOW UP regardless!)
Why: Because it's fun and we all need health, fitness, and community!
How: €10 paid in person.
Useful Information: Bring your own yoga mat. Class is outside on the grass or on concrete (overlooking the Mediterranean!). Bring apero to share for aprés-yoga down on the beach with everyone. Bring your suit if you want to swim! We gather and hang out together and celebrate life in the South of France.
Requirements: A positive and open attitude. We are all part of creating a warm, friendly, and open community holding space for ourselves and each other.
