Experience physical relaxation as the sounds wash over you, easing physical tension and creating an ideal space for practicing meditation. This practice cultivates mental fitness, enhances emotional well-being, and fosters a sense of inner peace. No experience is necessary; feel free to bring your favorite pillow or blanket along with your yoga mat.

Joe Ritter is a meditation and Ayurvedic lifestyle teacher. He is also a therapeutic sound practitioner with decades of experience as a performing musician. A devout meditator with formal training across multiple disciplines, his practice is infused with a deep understanding of sound along with great reverence for history and his teaching lineage. After using meditation and sound therapy to transition from a stressful career into a more healthy way of living, his mission is to spread knowledge of these practices far and wide. Joe works privately and as a group facilitator. His style reflects a holistic vision of wellness where music, modern science, and ancient tradition converge to support personal transformation and real growth.

What to Expect:
During this one-hour sound bath, you’ll be invited to lie down, close your eyes, and simply receive. As waves of vibration from gongs, bowls, chimes, and other instruments move through the body, many participants experience:
- A deep sense of relaxation and stress relief
- Calmer thoughts and improved mental clarity
- Emotional release and inner balance
- Restored energy and inspiration

No prior experience is needed—just come as you are and let the sound guide you.
Event Highlights
Fee: $30 per person
Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Doors close promptly at 7:00 PM.
Comfort: Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else to make yourself comfortable.
Policy: Due to the nature of the event, late entry cannot be accommodated. Refunds are not available for missed sessions.
Community Tea: After the sound bath, take a moment to ground and connect with others at our complimentary tea station.
