We pride ourselves on our ‘back loop’ technique to ensure no one is left behind and everyone gets the most out of their run.
We also offer different distances and pacing groups. If you are unsure which group is matched to your running ability please speak to one of our friendly run leaders who will be happy to advise.
A social drink post run is always available🥤🍻. A great opportunity to get to know people and build lasting connections.
Dress bright, stay visible, and if possible, wear reflectors and lights.
