Join us for a guided group breath work experience designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to your body.
Each Thursday evening, we gather in community for an intentional reset. Through guided breathing patterns, music, and gentle facilitation, you'll have space to clear mental clutter and return to clarity.

Whether you are brand new to breath work or have practiced before, this space is welcoming, grounded, and supportive.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that will help you feel comfortable ( blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc)
