Thursday Night Hogeye Stroll kicks off the Festival from 5-9 p.m.PEARLS BEFORE SWINE ART SHOW: Grand Opening at 5 p.m. Artists from Central Texas are in all mediums at The Clever Tiger downtown. EAA's annual art show celebrates the artwork of artists from Elgin and beyond! The Gala is Thursday, October 23 from 5pm-9pm. Awards will be announced at 7pm.
