Meme Simpson is a dynamic stand-up comedian whose comedic journey has taken her from the vibrant streets of Chicago to the bustling stages of New York City. Known for her dark, witty, and sharp humor, Meme commands the stage with a unique blend of irreverence and insight that resonates with audiences everywhere.
Before making her mark in stand-up, Meme honed her storytelling skills as an assistant writer on Tyler Perry’s *Meet the Browns*
Simpson has honed her skills featuring for comedy legends like Michael Blackson, DL Hughley, and Damon Wayans.
In addition to her stand-up work, Meme has made a name for herself as a guest host on popular podcasts, including the 5150 Show with Corey Holcomb and In GODFREY We Trust, where her quick wit and infectious energy keep listeners entertained and engaged.
SHOWS WILL BE HELD at 162 E SUPERIOR ST.
— Most tables seat 4 total guests. You may be seated with strangers if your party has less than four guests.
— All shows are 17 and over. 21+ to drink.

— 18% gratuity added to all checks.
— No dress code.
— Shows run about an hour and 15 minutes.
— Doors open 60 minutes prior to show-time. Arriving at least 15 minutes before show time is always a good idea!
— Seating is first come first serve with a strict no-call, no-show policy. Please call The Comedy Bar if you are running late!
*The two-item minimum policy requires each guest to purchase a minimum of two items from our menu during their visit, this can include any combination of food and/or beverages.
