KC Green is a stalwart soul jazz outfit fronted by drummer Brad Buckner and features a rotating cast of talented local musicians. The play soul jazz in the style of 50s and 60s favorites like Grant Green, Kenny Burrell, Wes Montgomery, and Lou Donaldson. The music will take you back to simpler days and provides the perfect atmosphere for a pleasure cruise aboard The Ship.

Free Jazz Thursday shows at The Ship are a good way to discover emerging local musical talent in a cozy, intimate setting. The shows are free to attend, but your donations are appreciated to help us offset costs and pay the performers.
