Thursday Group Training - every level of runner is welcome! LOCATION -
Tom Hunter Park, Hunter Way, Faulconbridge
Session time: 6.00 to 7.00 am
Coffee afterwards at Cassiopeia in Springwood.
Our track and trail sessions are based around developing a great running technique, whilst building endurance and strength. These sessions are suitable for both experienced and beginner runners.
Your coach, Lyndal, will guide you through all aspects of the session. This will include an adequate warm-up, drills and dynamic stretching to get your body ready for running, and a specific session aimed at working on a particular threshold.
If you have never participated in a track session before, this may sound a little daunting, but it's not! It is fun, and each individual can run, or walk, at their own pace. The great thing about these group sessions is that we can push each other along in our running, all in a supportive environment!
COST: First session is FREE
$18 for a casual visit
$150 for a 10 visit pass, which is valid for 6 months
