Sound Bath or Sound Healing is a form of meditation in which instruments facilitate deep relaxation. The instruments will guide you to an Altered State of Consciousness (ASC), synchronising with your brain waves to Theta (daydreaming state).
Not suitable for:
In the first trimester of pregnancy, Epilepsy or other conditions may be triggered by sound.
Please bring: a blanket and pillows for your head and knees to elevate comfort.
