Thursday Community Get Together

Tiger is currently operating out of All Souls Church & Community Centre, Ilkeston Road, Nottingham NG7 3HF.

We are still supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our community.

Join us for a weekly Community Get Together in partnership with Angolan Women Voice.

Meet friends old and new in the hall.

Community Get Together:

• Refreshments available 1pm - 6pm including drinks, biscuits and cakes
• Free activities to support mental heath and wellbeing
• Get moving with:
• 1.30pm - Chair Based Exercise
• 2pm - 3pm - Zumba with Tatjana
• 3pm - 6pm:
• Paula from Angolan Women Voice Association UK will be leading on art, craft and sewing session, let your inner creativity out
• After School Club for families
• 1 to 1 support
• We offer a warm and welcoming space to all visitors. Don't worry if you are on your own, there will be friendly people to chat to.
• Everyone is invited to come along, make new friends, keep warm whilst you do an activity, enjoy a cuppa and biscuits.

Attendance is free and includes drinks and activities.
