A one hour Ashtangha Vinyasa Yoga Class. A beautiful flow of breath and movement to create a meditative quality in practice. We start with Sun Salutations and then move to some standing asana before making our way to the floor
Lots of option to accommodate and allow accessibility.
Everybody is welcome from absolute beginner to practiced practitioner
