You’ll be guided into a meditative state by Sound Healing Instructor Carrie while immersed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and ocean drum, helping the body and mind release stress, tension, and mental chatter. Lower frequencies support grounding and deep relaxation, while higher tones encourage clarity, awareness, and emotional ease.

This is a gentle, all-levels experience with no movement required. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to wash over you.
