About the artist:

Originally from Slovakia, Alan Bartus has been living in New York since 2023. He made his debut with his New York Trio at the Lincoln Center Theater, Alice Tully Hall, featuring the legendary Jeff “Tain” Watts and Robert Hurst, which was a huge success. This time, he is bringing internationally acclaimed musicians from the New York jazz scene to Minton’s with his new trio formation, featuring Taru Alexander on drums and Raffael Enciso on bass. He will present his new compositions, which he plans to record in New York with his New York Trio, as well as pieces from his debut album Born in Millennium, featuring Gregory Hutchinson.
