Special sponsorship of our summer throwback series provided by Katherine Nordal and Elaine Eaker making it possible to welcome particiapnts of our local Camp Fire Walla Walla day camp, and YMCA progamming!Space Jam blends live-action and animation to tell the story of basketball legend Michael Jordan, who is unexpectedly recruited by Looney Tunes characters to help them win a high-stakes basketball game. The Tunes are threatened by a group of tiny aliens who steal the talents of top NBA players and transform into powerful opponents known as the Monstars. With their freedom on the line, Bugs Bunny and his friends convince Jordan to come out of retirement and lead their team.
As the game unfolds, the Tunes rely on teamwork, humor, and Jordan’s skills to take on the much stronger Monstars. Along the way, Jordan regains his confidence and love for the game, while the Looney Tunes prove that heart and determination can overcome even the toughest competition.
