Perimenopause can be confusing and challenging, but it doesn't have to be a mystery! Join Oova and Tia for an informative evening where we explore how your diet, lifestyle, and hormonal health intersect during this important life phase. We'll dive into the science of perimenopause, share insights from Oova’s State of Perimenopause Report, and discuss practical strategies to take charge of your hormonal health.
The event will begin with a guided meditation and wellness activity led by Oova’s yoga instructor. Then, hear from Tia and Oova expert.
Oova will share how women can track their hormones at home using Oova’s Perimenopause Kit. Tia will share their approach to Whole-Person Wellness - holisitic strategies to manage symptoms like mood swings, sleep issues, and anxiety through diet, exercise, and mindfulness.

Where to find us! We're located in a historic building on Broome Street. You can find the building entrance near the O K Hardware store. To enter, buzz #2 on the keypad to the left of the outside door and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Please note, the elevator will not permit access to the 2nd floor without Tia buzzing you in.
