Thriving in construction - for early career staff

Stepping into the construction industry during your first few years can be challenging . You might be or know someone working on the tools, on site, in an office, or are field-based. This interactive workshop has been created specifically for qualified professionals in the first one to two years of their career who want to strengthen their confidence, develop resilience and understand what it takes to thrive in the modern construction workplace.

Led by Certified Professional Coach,, this session focuses on helping participants understand professional standards, build self-assurance and develop long-term strategies for success.

Employers have told us that new recruits sometimes struggle to fully adopt or value professional standards. Sometimes due to inexperience, imposter syndrome, or uncertainty about expectations. This workshop addresses those challenges head-on, providing the tools and mindset to build confidence, consistency and professionalism in any construction environment.
