This powerful opening session features a dynamic speaker who will share her personal journey of growth, resilience, and self-discovery. Through real-life experiences, students will be inspired to reflect on who they are, what they’ve overcome, and who they are becoming. Through the behavioral health lens students will explore how patterns, experiences, and emotions shape who they are- and how awareness is the first step toward becoming their best selves.

In this guided wellness session, a licensed therapist Ezsa Allen will create a safe and supportive space for students to explore their emotions, reflect on personal experiences, and begin the process of healing and self-acceptance.

This high-energy session uses creative movement and dance to help students express themselves freely. Through guided movement, participants will release emotions, build confidence, and connect with their bodies in a fun and empowering way.
