Join New Futures for the second installation of our Thrive Talks series, a new quarterly event spotlighting urgent issues at the intersection of education, equity, and workforce opportunity. These events center lived experience, community, expert insight, and collective action.

Thrive Talks: Navigating Imposter Syndrome brings together voices from corporate leadership, higher education, and mental health to unpack one of today’s most pervasive professional challenges. This conversation will explore how imposter syndrome shows up in workplace cultures, academic environments, and our internal narratives shaped by stress, self-doubt, and identity. Through candid storytelling and practical strategies from experts across sectors, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the systemic and psychological roots of imposter feelings—and walk away with tools to build confidence, advocate for themselves, and thrive in their personal and professional lives.

The event will begin with TED-talk-style presentations from speakers who know this work inside and out—because they’ve lived it. Their expert insight will guide our conversation. We will then open the floor for Q&A and opportunities for small-group discussion.

Thrive Talks is more than an event—it’s a platform for connection, insight, and action. Whether you're a student, donor, educator, advocate, or just curious, this space is for you. Reserve your spot and help shape a more equitable future.
