About this Event
Whether you are planning for a family, navigating pregnancy, or looking to return to exercise safely after birth, there is often more noise than clarity. Advice can feel outdated, restrictive and confusing.
In partnership with Wellbub, join us on Saturday 7th February at UFIT Club Street for an educational workshop that replaces the "don'ts" with "how-tos." This session is designed for women who want to stay active, feel strong, and improve their health at every stage of motherhood.
The morning will include expert talks from different UFIT professionals covering training and nutrition and women's health. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
