Skip the gym membership, join our accountability team of 10.
10 sessions of group fitness Tuesday 6:30-7:30 AM, Thursday, 6:30 -7:30 AM, and Sundays 1-2 PM. Jan. 5-26 = Exactly 21 days to create new routines, health habits, sustainable eating and fitness practices.
10 sessions with Coach J.J. Yu-Robinson, 6-time US national karate champion, amateur Olympic weight lifting competitor.
Group times are:
- Tuesdays, Jan. 7, 14, 21, 6:30-7:30 AM
- Thursdays, Jan. 9,16, 23, 6:30-7:30 AM, and
- Sundays, Jan. 5, 12, 19, 26 1:00--2:00 PM.
Workouts will include heavybag work, battle ropes, kettle bells and dumbells. All necessary equipment is housed at Best Karaate. We must have a minimum of 10 people or 5 pairs to start.
$250 per person paid in full for all 10 sessions or $90 per week for 3 weeks. Come to the free trial workout on Jan. 5 first.
Wear loose fitting workout clothes, socks, and running shhoes or liftig shoes. Bring water bottle, towel, and jacket.
