The Spring Equinox is the sacred point of balance — light and dark held in equal measure. It is the turning of the soil, the first green rising, the Maiden’s ascent. It is not just a seasonal shift… it is a spiritual recalibration.
And this year, it marks something even more meaningful:
The Grand Opening of The Witch’s Hearth.
After years of markets, festivals, borrowed spaces, pop-up rituals, and community gatherings across Alberta — we now open the doors to a physical hearth. A place for witches, pagans, and seekers to gather, study, practice, create, and tend the flame together.
This weekend is not just an event.
It is a dedication.
It is a beginning.
🌗 What This Weekend Holds
Over the course of the Equinox weekend, we will move through several offerings inside the Hearth:
• A Community Equinox Ritual
• A Ceremonial Eclectic Rite honouring light and dark
• A Practical Plant Magic workshop
• A Witches' High Tea
• Additional pop-up moments and offerings as they unfold
This container will hold general announcements, updates, timing reminders, and any additions that arise as we move closer to the turning of the Wheel.
