Shatki energy within the womb isn't always softness and feminine flow, it's destruction of the old stories and ignorance as we store secrets and shame in our creative portal, its allowing a witnessing through a journey of opening up, expressing and movement to release and let the light in. A true representation of what the solstice energy can bring to a women who is ready to release, be seen and shine like the sun.
What to expect:
Opening Circle of Intention - Bring an offering for the circle center or flowers for the bath

A Sacred Connection - Healing Meditation by The Goodness of Gaia
A Feast of Nourishment - A grazing board meal with teas & refreshments
HerStory of the Womb - Poetic Reflection by The Goodness of Gaia
A Somatic Remembrance of the Body - Movement & Dance by The Nourished Women
A Heated Flower Bath - Cleansing Anointment outside the Nourished Studio
You will need:
An offering for the center, flowers for the bath or your crystals
Swimming costume and towel, cosy clothes to change into if you like
A journal and a pen
Wear layers as we will be going into the evening and you may want to delayer throughout the activities
