Threshold is a seasonal 5Rhythms® Waves offering held outdoors, close to the earth, and aligned with the subtle shifts between seasons. These are not peak moments, but the quiet crossings. Together, we dance in the in-between, listening to what is emerging, releasing, or rooting. Held with care and intention, each Threshold gathering is a chance to move with what’s real, what’s changing, and what’s coming alive in you.

Dance among the roots, the leaves and the trees. Smelling the night air and the freshness of the river.

What to Bring: Layers, picnics, beverages, blankets, headlamp/flashlights to walk back to parking lot (essential), reusable water bottle.

Thursday, February 5th, 2026 5:30pm-7:30pm (Sunset at 5:30)

Thursday, May 7th, 2026 6:00pm to 8:00pm (Sunset at 8:00pm)

Thursday, August 7th, 2026 6:30pm-8:30pm (Sunset at 8:10pm)

Thursday, November 5th, 2025 5:00pm to 7:00pm. (Sunset at 4:59)

Cost: $20 per person (plus fees)/Kids under 24 months are FREE. Headphone are per paid participant and there are limited headphones.

Location: This may vary with the season. The first one will be off of Glen Hall Park.

Please arrive on time so we can get you into your headphones and head out toward the river together.
