Disaster, Disruption & Recovery: Inside the ACWA JPIA Safety Net

A catastrophic event can create operational, financial, legal, and public-facing challenges all at once. This engaging session will take attendees inside a fictional catastrophic loss scenario to show how ACWA JPIA’s coverages, claims expertise, and member services work together to support agencies through some of their most complex and high-stakes moments.

Info: The breakfast buffet will include scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sliced fruit, assorted pastries, sausage, bacon, and French toast. Drinks will include coffee, teas, and water.

Info: Adrienne has served as CEO of the ACWA JPIA since Oct. 2023 & has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the risk pooling industry. Adrienne has served as Executive Director for 4 distinct risk pools, including a statewide workers’ compensation pool for California housing authorities; an excess property & liability pool for Northern Cali school districts; a multi-line risk pool for So Cal cities; & a liability & property pool serving more than 100 municipalities across Washington State. She has also served as the Asst. Executive Director for 2 Northern California, multi-line risk pools serving cities & school districts in Northern California.

Adrienne joined ACWA JPIA in 2021 as Asst. Executive Officer as part of a planned leadership transition & was selected to succeed the retiring CEO. She oversees the day-to-day operations of coverages, services, & over $250 million in annual revenues & the cultural stewardship of its 65 employees & serves on the AGRiP Board of Directors.
