Valley residents and visitors are invited to celebrate Thanksgiving with an elevated prix fixe menu served exclusively on Thursday Nov. 27. Beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving guests can enjoy the following menu:
Starters choice of one:
- Cucumber avocado salad
- Whipped edamame
- Wagyu short rib tacos
- Yellowtail sashimi
Mains choice of one:
- Five-spice-herb-roasted turkey breast with stuffing and cranberry sauce
- Miso salmon
- Wagyu braised short rib
- Coal-roasted truffle chicken
- Wagyu NY strip
Sides choice of one:
- Brussels sprouts
- Mashed potatoes
- Truffle fries
- Miso butter mushrooms
Dessert choice of one:
- Carrot cake
- Bread pudding
- Chocolate cake
- Espresso martini
The cost for this prix fixe menu starts at $135++ per person. Children 12 and younger can enjoy the following meal for $45++ each:
- A5 Wagyu cheeseburger with truffle fries and chocolate cake
