This session introduces the Concept of Theory of Change as a strategic planning and evaluation toll. Participants will explore how assumptions, context, and causal pathways shape program outcomes. The session will emphasize clarity, alignment, and intentionality in program design.
** Participants will leave with a draft Theory of Change framework tailored to their organization or program.
Logic Model for Programs and Initiatives (Part 2)
Building on the Theory of Change, this session focuses on translating ideas into a clear and usable logic model. Participants will learn how logic models support program implementation, evaluation planning, and funder communication.
** Participants will develop or refine a logic model for a specific program or initiative.
Metrics to Track Success (Part 3)
This final session centers on identifying metrics that are meaningful, realistic, and aligned with program goals. Emphasis will be placed on right-sizing evaluation and avoiding unnecessary data burden.
** Participants will leave with a preliminary set of metrics aligned to their logic model and Theory of Change.
