About this Event

The Wake Forest University Chamber Choir, the premier choral organization on campus, will tour the Southeastern United States from May 11-17, 2024. In Memphis on Monday, May 13, they will collaborate with choirs from Grace-St. Luke's and Calvary Episcopal churches to sing the beautiful Requiem by Maurice Duruflé, accompanied by Dr. Patrick Scott (Director of Music & Organist, Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal Church).

A highly select, auditioned mixed ensemble, the Chamber Choir performs the standard choral repertoire as well as newly composed and commissioned choral literature. The Chamber Choir represents Wake Forest at the University’s annual Moravian Lovefeast, in its performances with the Winston-Salem Symphony, and through national and international annual tours.
