As you rest, the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls move through the body, helping to regulate the nervous system and ease mental tension. There is nothing to do, nowhere to go—just space to receive.
Held in a warm, welcoming environment, this gathering supports reflection, release, and intention-setting for the days ahead.

What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you feel cozy, such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask. A journal is encouraged for reflection after the meditation.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Please arrive by 6:50 PM to settle in before we start.
- Mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided. You may bring your own mat, blanket, or eye pillow for added comfort.
- Please note that scented candles, aromatherapy, and diffusers are used in the studio.
- Space is intentionally limited to create a peaceful and intimate environment for all attendees.
