This talk will follow the AGM of the Local History and Archaeology Section of the Society. The talk will focus on the 5,000 acres of the country's largest raised peat bog which holds centuries of fascinating history from historic peat cutting, industrial railway heritage to remarkable wildlife and plant species. All welcome. Vistors £5 fee or please ask about membership. The venue is fully accessible.
