At this ceremony, graduates from the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy’s Doctor of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical and Chemical Sciences programs will cross the stage and be hooded at the Alex G. Spanos Center.Tickets are NOT required. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Graduates and faculty are asked to arrive at 12:30 p.m. to line up between the psychology department and the South Campus Gym.
Doors open for guests at 12:30 p.m. and the ceremony begins at 1:30 p.m.
PARKING
On-campus parking is free but extremely limited. Carpooling is recommended due to possible traffic delays. We suggest you park in the first available spot you find. Wear comfortable shoes as some lots are located on the opposite side of campus from the event.
There are a limited number of accessible parking spots on the east side of campus. You are required to have a state issued Accessible Parking placard in order to take advantage of this parking.
RECEPTION
A reception immediately following the Diploma and Hooding Ceremony will be held in the Janssen-Lagorio Gym. We will be celebrating the accomplishments of the Class of 2024 as well recognizing our faculty and preceptors. Family and friends are welcome.
Appetizers will be served.
Graduates can also pick up their gift from the Pacific Pharmacy Alumni Association.
