About this Event

Join us on Saturday Sept.28th for a fantastic afternoon of amazing food from top Ontario Chefs. Partake in over 20 curated food stations, enjoy live cooking demonstrations, enjoy unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, and bid on items in our silent auction. This year we are celebrating the cuisine of all our previous International student excursions, participating Chefs will take inspiration from France, Italy and Spain to create the ultimate feast experience! Our 7th annual Chef's party is excited to announce our outstanding 2024 Chef's line-up, (more Chefs to be announced). We are honoured to be featuring: Canada's Bocuse d'Or team - Keith Pears, Joseph Mongillo, John Placko, Dan Craig & Alex Cheng (competing in Lyon, France '25), Canada’s Culinary World Cup/Culinary Olympics Community Catering Team, Trevor Lui (Quell, Highbell group), Devan Rajkumar (Mad Love), John Higgins (GBC), Shahir Massoud (Chef, Cookbook author),John Sinopoli (Ascari group), Donna Dooher (Mildred's Temple Kitchen), Juriaan Snellen ( McCormick/Club House), Murali Thamba (Brindleberry), Luciano Schipano (Caffe Cinquecento), Shonah Chalmers & Mark Jachecki (Humber College) , Sam Glass & Rene Chauvin (Centennial College), Mitchell Lamb (Niagara College), John Morris (JLB Kitchens), Raymond Costain (Dope as Duck), Bertie Tanaya (Pearle Hotel & Spa), John MacKinnon (Culinary Instructor), Keith Hoare (TCI's Culinary Instructor). Chefs supporting the event assisting in the kitchen : Latoya Fagen (Twist Catering) , Dennis Koveos (The Doctor's House), Stephen Lee, Tawfik Shehata, Justin Myles. All proceeds from this event will fund a culinary & culture field trip to Spain for our students. New this year, our culinary marketplace, that features preserves, salsas and pickles produced by our students will also feature a giant gently used cookbook sale with over 1000 tltles up for grabs! (Chef's appearance at the event subject to change). This event is an outdoor event (rain or shine).
