本次Thirsty Thursday 5K 將是山徑版本路線也從原來的河濱移駕到和美山！
起/終點： The Shack 野菇屋Pizza
集合時間： 18:30
出發時間： 19:00
這是一個免費的社交跑步/健行活動！主旨在於提倡運動與增進人與人的距離。
起終點都將會在The Shack 野菇屋Pizza!
野菇屋提供非常清涼的精釀啤酒、無酒精飲品與美味的餐點與甜點。第一位完成路線的男女跑者將會獲得一杯飲品，此外健走組別第一位回來的也獲得任選的飲品！
一般的訓練鞋或跑步鞋就可以應付相關的路線！ 頭燈/手電筒是「必須」準備的。因為此路線上將會有部分沒有路燈！
活動還會有抽獎環節喔～

We’re swapping our regular riverside routes for a bit of trail. Come explore Hemei Mountain for this Thirsty Thursday 5K - Trail Edition!
This is a FREE social running / walking event where we encourage exercise and friendship building.
We start & finish at The Shack. We meet up from 18:30 and the run/walk starts at 19:00.
The Shack has a wonderful variety of cold craft beer, non-alcoholic beverages, meals and snacks on offer. 1st Female and 1st Male runners back get a beverage FREE on the house. In addition, the first walker back also has a choice of any FREE beverage.
Regular running shoes or training shoes will be sufficient for this trail.
Headlamps/flashlights will however be mandatory. The trail has no lights!
Come explore Hemei Mountain and socialize with us!
Lucky draw prizes are also up for grabs!!
