Join Yasuko for a lovely day trip out of the city to a meet a local tea farmer and learn all about the growing, production and roasting of Taiwan tea. From Xindian MRT Station you will drive through the beautiful countryside to reach the farm. Once there, you will explore the farm and hand-pick some tea leaves. You will also learn about the various methods of processing and brewing tea, complete with tasting. With our appetites whetted from breathing so much fresh country air we will be ready for a delicious tea-infused feast, with some vegetarian options, prepared especially for us.
