Join authors David George Gordon, Samantha Larson, and Mary Ann Baron Wagner as they discuss their book, “Heaven on the Half Shell.” Afterward, discover why Washington’s oysters are celebrated as a world-renowned culinary delicacy in a demonstration and tasting led by master shucker David Leck.
