Guided by choreographer Dre and brought to life through live projected visuals by Dr. Ha Na Lee of Iso Gram Studio, this session invites you to become the artwork through intuitive, embodied movement. There are no mirrors. No choreography to memorize. No performance. Just light, rhythm, sound, guided prompts — and your body in motion.

You’ll explore gentle, expressive sequences that nurture creativity, mindfulness, and deep self-connection — all within a living, interactive projection space. Every gesture is mirrored, amplified, and transformed into visual poetry through Ha Na’s dynamic artwork.
