💜Join us as we strengthen our throat chakra in this powerful meditation circle, focusing all of our awareness & love into this chakra and it’s expansion of energy into our daily lives
Each week we focus on activating one particular chakra, through meditation, sound, frequency, breathing, crystals, healing instruments, oracle cards & tea
( all are welcome you can drop in on a chakra of your choice )
This is an introduction circle to chakras and meditation. Great for beginners or curious minds! Gaining an understanding of the chakras encourages you to address personal issues related to each. chakra such as security, creativity, power, self love, communication, intuition & spirituality ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💜🤍

Practicing mindfulness with an understanding of the chakras you can start to become more aware of who we are and the power you hold internally !
An hour of slowing down and go deeper within!

Bring your own mug too as we drink herbal tea
