About this Event
Join us as we explore this hidden gem on the north slope of the North Kent Downs National Landscape. Originally known as Bradgare, the village boasts a treasure trove of historical buildings. Don't miss the picturesque duck pond and the solemn war memorial marking the centre of the village conservation area.
We will be meeting outside by the Village Hall, Bexon Ln, Sittingbourne ME9 8HB at 17:45 for 18:00 start. There is some on-road parking nearby. Please park responsibly.The walk will take approximately 2.5 hours (around 7.30 km) and costs £5pp.
The walk starts promptly on time. If you're running a bit behind schedule, give us a call to inform us (you'll find our number on your booking confirmation if you've booked through the website, or message Ian Henderson via MeetUp).

Friendly dogs are welcome! Please ensure they're leashed when needed, especially around fields with livestock.
Before hitting the trail, make sure to pack:
A - Suitable footwear (preferably walking boots or sturdy shoes, no flip-flops)
B - A waterproof coat (and waterproof trousers, if you have them) for rainy days C - Drinking water and snacks to keep you energized
D - Personal Medic*tion (Let us know confidentially about any medical conditions)
E - Suitable walking attire

• We take photos during our walks for promotional and training purposes. If you prefer not to be included, just let us know on the day.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancel at least 4 days before the event to receive a credit note for a future walk, valid for 90 days.
