Third Annual Grayslake Yoga and Wellness Festival

Join us for a day of free yoga sessions and mindfulness activities in partial sponsorship from a Community Involvement Grant awarded by the Village of Grayslake and in collaboration with Voices of Lake County and CLC's Yoga Teaching Certificate Program.

8:15am to 9:30am Mindfulness Walk & Nature Journaling Workshop with Ashley Hutchinson Tluczek, LCSW from By Nature Counseling

9:30am to 10:30am Yoga

10:45am to 11:45am Dynamic Flow Yoga

12:00pm to 1:00pm Mindful Flow with Katherine Tragasz

1:15pm to 2:15pm Slow Flow Vinyasa with Dani Rivera

2:30pm to 3:30pm Gentle Yoga with Michelle Hanam

3:45 pm to 4:45pm Sunset Live Music and Yoga Flow with Lamaiya Lancaster and Matt Krahula

4:45pm to 5:15pm CLC Yoga Teaching Certificate Program Open House and info session

Admission to this event is free however registration is required.

All outdoor events will take place at the College of Lake County Grayslake campus across from the Athletic Center, Building F off of Willow Way.
