Welcome to the Third Annual Gardy Classic – Powerlifting Exhibition at Aspire Athletic Club.

Join us for an electrifying Squat, Bench, and Deadlift Exhibition, where strength, determination, and community come together. Whether you’re a seasoned powerlifter or stepping onto the platform for the first time, the Gardy Classic delivers a competitive yet welcoming environment designed to push limits and celebrate effort.

This year’s event features divisions for men, women, and teams, ensuring fair, exciting competition for lifters of all levels.

Team Division Returns
The team division allows groups of three lifters to combine their strength for a single team total:

• One lifter squats
• One lifter benches
• One lifter deadlifts

(Each team member performs only one lift — not all three.)
