Together with Kelly Anne Zerafa, founder of Beatrix Psychology and special guest Prof. Jean-Paul De Lucca from the University of Malta, we’ll explore what the Stoics believed about “the good life” - virtue, calmness, presence, and how these ancient ideas still shape how we live today.
