About the Instructor:

Sana Naseem empowers people to find conscious guilt-free, practical, and dependable self-care solutions, so that they can achieve their dreams and soar to new heights of personal growth and development. As a Thetahealing teacher, she is dedicated to helping students build resilience and overcome any mindset blocks that may be holding them back from living a limitless and fulfilling life.

Born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan, she is an explorer at heart, entrepreneur by day and a meditator by night. She has always been drawn to personal growth and discovered Thetahealing in 2019 while pursuing a certification in counselling. She was immediately struck by its power to help individuals tap into their own inner strength and creativity. Since then, she has been on a journey to live a meaningful life and inspire others to do the same.

In addition to being a Thetahealing Practitioner and Instructor, she is also a Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher from Greater Good Science Center University of Berkley and Awareness Training Institute, a Business Mentor (worked for Cherie Blair's Mentoring Women in Business Program from 2021-2022), and the co-founder and CEO of Quanta Mind, a technology and wellness company.

She has had the privilege of being one of the first few certified Thetahealing Instructors in Pakistan, and determined to share the magic of this life-changing modality with people all around the world.
