Thermaculture Thursday at Hewing Hotel Rooftop

Thermaculture Thursday features a unique combination of gentle guided Sauna steam aromatherapy, light breathwork and meditation designed to activate parasympathetic thermoregulation (ie the ability to respond to intense environments without triggering fight-or-flight neurochemicals such as adrenaline). Our weekly Thursday sessions are designed to activate the deep state of energized relaxation and clarity at the heart of thermic bathing traditions around the world.

Know Before You Go:

• Valet and street parking available.
• Space is limited to 20 guests.
• Guests have acess to the hotel's warm rooftop soaking pool, locker rooms, showers and rooftop bar/restaurant.
• Towels and water provided.
• Plan on bringing easy-to-slip-on/off sandals or flip-flops, and a robe if you'd like. Bathing suits required.
• Must be 21 or older to access rooftop sauna and lounge area.
