Join us this April for all the Therapy In Motion activities we have in stock for you!
Come to move your body, feel the sun and the air in your skin, and be surrounded by people who get it.



? What’s Included:

?‍♀️ April 12 – Riverside Walk
A 1-hour guided walk (30 min out, 30 min back) along the peaceful views of the Schuylkill River Park.
It's a time to walk, talk, reflect, or even cry if necessary, all at your own pace.


?‍♀️ April 19 – Outdoor Yoga Session
Ground yourself with a gentle yoga class on the Art Museum lawn.
Perfect for all levels—beginner to advanced.


?‍♂️ April 26 – Riverside Walk
Close out the month with another restorative community walk.


These activities are for those who need to clear their mind, release stress, or just enjoy the outdoors with some good company. Whatever your reason, you belong here.
