It’s a relaxed, non-judgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are — whether you’re feeling focused or a little all over the place. Together, we’ll share lived experiences, reflect on how ADHD shows up in our work and lives, and learn from one another in a space built on empathy and understanding.
