Welcome to Therapeutic Yoga To Manage Anxiety!
Join us for FIVE mindful and rejuvenating yoga sessions specifically designed to help you manage anxiety and stress. This event will take place at Yoga Art Music (YAM Dallas) on Mondays starting Jan 06 2025 and running each Monday through Feb 03 2025 from 10:45-11:45 AM.
Our experienced instructor, Annalise Harness, will guide you through gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to help calm your mind and body. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is suitable for all levels.
