The Therapeutic Yoga Teacher training with Ingibjörg and Klara has been carefully crafted for those who want to learn how to apply Yoga for its healing purposes. This is a 150hr of Continuous Yogic education where you will expand and advance your knowledge of Yoga.The training will be heavily focused on the nervous system and you will go through a personal transformative journey. You will go through the following questions:
* How can Yoga restore safety and connection and help practitioners live a more balanced life?
* How can Yoga facilitate healing trauma?
* What are the ways to change the chemistry in the body?
* How is stress, anxiety and burn out influencing the chemistry and how can Yoga help to bring the body into balance again?
* Why is the use of restorative Yoga and fascial release so important?
* What is emotional anatomy and how can I integrate it in my teaching?
