Ayurvedic therapist and yoga instructor Dori Ji and Surat Shabd Yoga meditation master Satguru Sirio Ji are visiting Amsterdam from the Sant Bani Ashram in Tuscany, to offer a free class of therapeutic yoga and guided Surat Shabd Yoga meditation for all interested in wellbeing of body and mind and experiencing the Divine State of Consciousness that transcends both. The morning will consist of around 45 minutes of therapeutic yoga assana an breathing excercise, after which their will be singing of sacred songs and mantra's and a unique meditation session guided by highly experienced Satguru Sirio Ji.
Dori Ji is the vice-president of the Sant Bani Ashram in Italy, a place that is proclaimed by many as 'heaven on earth' a beautiful spiritual place in the Tuscany hills where 'breathing the air is just enough to feel good'. Surat Shabd Yoga Meditation is third eye meditation, which focuses on the Inner Light and Sound.
